Building Buzz with Our Upcoming Episode Featuring Liz Tenuto
Growing a podcast today isn’t just about recording great conversations — it’s about creating momentum and excitement before the episode even goes live. At Happy Being Well, we’ve learned that the key to podcast growth is building anticipation across multiple platforms so that when an episode drops, listeners are already waiting for it.
A perfect example of this strategy is our upcoming episode featuring somatic healing expert, Liz Tenuto (known to millions online as “The Workout Witch”), who has 1.9 million followers on Instagram and a massive community interested in nervous system healing and trauma recovery.
